Ted Willke Head InstructorTed Willke has been practicing Gracie Jiu-Jitsu since 2009, opening the first non-law enforcement Gracie Garage in Washington State.  He has dedicated himself to the practice ever since, focused on continuously learning while passing on the skills and knowledge to others.  He graduated from the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy Instructor Certification Program in 2012.

Ted Willke
Head Instructor

Ted Willke has been practicing Gracie Jiu-Jitsu since 2009, opening the first non-law enforcement Gracie Garage in Washington State. He has dedicated himself to the practice ever since, focused on continuously learning while passing on the skills and knowledge to others. He graduated from the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy Instructor Certification Program in 2012. He is a brown belt under Ryron and Rener Gracie.

Cindi Willke and Marta Stelmaszak Rosa
Women Empowered Instructors

Cindi and Marta launched the Women Empowered program with Ted in January 2022. They graduated from the Gracie University Women Empowered Instructor Certification Program in July 2022 and have been rocking it ever since. They are pink belts under Eve and Rener Gracie.

Dana Orth
Women Empowered Instructor

Dana brings her bright humor, enthusiasm, and sharp skills to every class she teaches. She graduated from the Gracie University Women Empowered Instructor Certification Program in January 2023 and is passionate about helping other women learn self-defense while having fun. She is a pink belt under Eve and Rener Gracie.

Spencer Reynolds
Assistant Instructor

Spencer Reynolds has been practicing Gracie Jiu-Jitsu since 2010, starting under Chris Bailey at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Scottsdale. He graduated from the Gracie University Instructor Certification Program in July 2013 and has brought his impressive technical depth and thoughtful leadership to our Master Cycle, Gracie Combatives, and Gracie Bullyproof programs since 2021. He is a purple belt under Ryron and Rener Gracie.

Ben Gonzales
Assistant Instructor

Ben Gonzales is our Gracie Combatives specialist. He graduated from the Gracie University Instructor Certification Program in July 2022 and has brought his amazing talent and energy to our Gracie Combatives and Gracie Bullyproof programs ever since. He is a blue belt under Ryron and Rener Gracie.
